Yes, we ask for a 50% deposit to lock in your game day. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of your event—plenty of time to practice your victory dance.

Cancel 7 or more days before your event, and you’ll get a full refund (no hard feelings). Cancel between 2–7 days out, and we’ll hook you up with a full credit valid for one year—plenty of time to reschedule the fun. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as we’ve already geared up for game time.

Absolutely! Our mobile arcade plays nice both indoors and outdoors—just make sure there’s enough space to roll in and set up. If your venue has a big enough doorway and high enough ceiling, we’re game!
